Some say that Washington area natives are tough to find but Cari Jordan is proud to be a 3rd generation Washingtonian! Originally from Arlington, VA, Cari has lived in the Woodmoor community of Silver Spring for 9 years.

Cari started her official career in real estate three years ago but confesses that she “grew up in real estate.” Her mother was a realtor for many years so Cari learned the business young. After receiving a BA in History from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL, Cari worked for Xerox selling high speed printing systems to financial and healthcare businesses in the Baltimore/DC area. Not surprisingly, with more than 12 years of sales expereince, Cari sold 15 homes in her first year in real estate! That’s impressive in this challenging market.

When working with Cari you’ll quickly see that her passion is buyers, especially first-time buyers. Why? Helping to find the perfect home for each client is exciting for her. Cari enjoy visiting homes in different neighborhoods and checking out the varied architecture this area has to offer!

Cari and her husband, Rob, have two young daughters ages 6 and 3. Like Rhonda, Cari is an avid reader whether it is a Jane Green novel for herself or one in the Junie B. Jones series for her daughters! Cooking, photography, home decorating, downloading new music and coaching youth sports keeps Cari very busy. When she finds some “me time” you’ll likely run into Cari with her girlfriends checking out the new restaurants in Silver Spring. Cari’s current favorites: Thai at Dusit Thai in Wheaton, great appetizers and wine selection at Mr. K's Toll House (a Rhonda team favorite!), awesome steaks at Ray's the Classics or Mexican from Fajita Coast or Mi Rancho (both kid-friendly)!

Originally from Brookline, MA, Jill has lived in the Washington area for 22 years. Currently residing in the North Hills neighborhood of Silver Spring, Jill has expert knowledge of Silver Spring and Washington, DC. Licensed in real estate since 2003, Jill says she enjoys working with buyers. “I enjoy finding the property that best meets my client’s needs – there’s a thrill when you walk in a property and know instantly that this is the one.”

Jill boasts an impressive professional background with many years of high level sales, management and consulting experience for a variety of organizations. Jill is currently Executive Director, Corporate Relations for George Washington University. Prior to joining GW, Jill worked in consulting advising clients on stakeholder relations, philanthropy and public policy. This included working on Capitol Hill and for a presidential candidate!
