My Background
Almost 100% of my business is based on referrals of satisfied clients. These clients often remark that the buying/selling experience is easier than they expected or experienced in the past. I believe this is largely due to my straightforward style and sincere approach to each partnership. I truly enjoy the relationships I make with my clients and will continue to build their confidence in me.
For 20 years I have worked directly with people to understand their unique needs and wants while balancing other situational factors such as organizations issues, budgets or time constraints. In each position, I honed my listening and time management skills to be successful.
Working in human resources for about 13 years gave me the core “people skills” needed for a career in real estate. From this I leveraged organizational, communication and management skills to create an event planning business. For nearly as long, I organized hundreds of parties and reunions. As a small business owner I mastered the art of being efficient, effective – and fun!
On a personal note, I have moved several times including relocating from California. These experiences stay fresh in my mind giving me perspective for the logistics of each impending sale. I am also the mother of three busy school-age children. I truly understand buying and selling homes when families are involved.
Learn more about me
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband, Paul, and kids, Griffin (20), Jack (10) and Amy (9). In 2007 Griffin started Landmark College in Vermont. Jack and Amy are at St. Bernadette School and keep me running with a host of sports including football, basketball, baseball/softball, soccer and music lessons! Like all working moms, I look forward to a bit of quiet time. When this happens I’m likely to relax with a good book and a glass of wine. Or, as schedules permit, our family loves to travel. Recent trips include Macchu Picchu, Peru; Whistler, British Colombia, or Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.

Let's Work Together
I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most important investment decisions you’ll ever make. Finding the right realtor to represent you in your transaction and establishing a trusting relationship is THE most important decision you will make.
A realtor's knowledge and experience determines whether the purchase on your new dream home or the sale of an investment property will go smoothly, or turn out to be a complete nightmare.
As an experienced realtor, I know the current market conditions, will help you find a lender with a wide array of loan products to choose from, research comparable homes in the subdivision to help you determine the best price for your home, negotiate a sales price and terms that meet your needs, and help you navigate through the SETTLEMENT process.
I have your best interest at heart and care about whether you are making a sound investment for your future.
