"Our experience working with Rhonda was very good. She is in tune with her clients and works very hard to understand their lifestyle needs and desires. One of Rhonda’s strengths is that she is not a “hard sell” person. She does not try to push you into one way of thinking or one point of view. She is open to suggestions and new ideas. Rhonda easily modifies her approach when needed. However, she does work to inform the client about perspectives that they not be aware of. She represented our interests and sought out additional information when she was uninformed. In our case, we were picky buyers. This was our first home and our learning curve was slow. We looked in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland and it took almost a year to find the right house. We worked with other realtors and the problem was that they were closed off to exploring other neighborhoods they were used to operating in. I had to actively ask about properties that were listed in the paper, or open houses that they were unaware of or had neglected to inform me of. We met Rhonda at a open house and found her open to learn and explore. Working with Rhonda was a great experience. With the real estate market having turned into a "extreme sport" in this area, we found her easy to communicate with, easy going and accessible. Rhonda is up-front and very laid back. We have referred her to others and would work with her again."
