Prior to working in real estate, Gordon was a restaurant manager for some top spots in Washington -- DC Coast, Majestic Cafe' and BLT Steak. After 13 years in the food service sector and staging homes in the real estate market, Gordon realized being a realtor and working with buyers was the perfect niche for him! As a buyer's agent, Gordon enjoys researching communities, visiting neighborhoods and finding the right fit for house hunters. Gordon is a natural working through each negotiation and close due to his customer focus, patience, resourcefulness and market insight.
If you're hungry or looking for a new restaurant, Gordon is the person to know. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he can easily whip up one of his favorite Asian meals or suggest a restaurant to satisfy any palate. Friends tease Gordon that he's probably eaten at every restaurant in town!
In addition to his passion for food, Gordon loves traveling. He's lived in Maryland, Virginia, New York and Florida and is always up for a road trip. Or, in his spare time you may see him mountain biking, catching a concert or enjoying a movie.
Born and raised in Montgomery County MD, Lindsey was in the client care industry after graduating from Towson University in 2007. After taking a break to start her family, she began as transaction coordinator on The Rhonda Mortensen Team in April 2015.

Carolyn may currently be a Georgia resident but her roots are in Maryland. Born and raised in Howard County, MD, Carolyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising from Frostburg State University. After spending nearly 15 years in the corporate world, she made the decision to transition to a part-time role allowing her to dedicate more time to raising her 3 sons. Carolyn began as marketing coordinator on The Rhonda Mortensen in September 2018.
