Almost 100% of Rhonda’s business is based on referrals of satisfied clients. These clients often remark that the buying/selling experience is easier than they expected or experienced in the past. Rhonda believes this is largely due to her straightforward style and sincere approach to each partnership. She truly enjoys the relationships that she makes with the clients and will continue to build their confidence in her.
For 20 years Rhonda has worked directly with people to understand their unique needs and wants while balancing other situational factors such as organizations issues, budgets or time constraints. In each position, she honed her listening and time management skills to be successful.
Working in human resources for about 13 years gave her the core "people skills" needed for a career in real estate. From this, she leveraged organizational, communication and management skills to create an event planning business. For nearly as long, Rhonda organized hundreds of parties and reunions. As a small business owner, she mastered the art of being efficient, effective and fun!
Rhonda has moved several times including relocating from California. These experiences stay fresh in her mind and giving perspective for the logistics of each impending sale. She is also the mother of three busy school-age children and truly understands buying and selling homes when families are involved.
